What is your primary product or service?
As a Personal Chef, I prepare meals in the home. Will cater private parties, events and corporate events,in your home or venue.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Cooking is my passion, I started with those who knew me and my cooking expertise as I have taking numerous cooking course that cover every ethnic group and collect cookbooks asking me to prepare the food for their parties or events and it grew into a business. I can't think of a better job thwn doing what you love.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I am just what my company name states An Uncatered Affair, I can come in prepare the food and quietly slip out the back door and allow the host to take all the credit, guest need never know it was catered.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
1, never know what the future holds, will certainly expand if the need arose.
